Online Bookings are Coming to Carelever!

Online bookings are now live on Carelever.

Customers can now make online bookings for selected pre-employment medicals at KINNECT clinics across Australia.

While the new online booking system is biggest feature upgrade that will be launched in December, there are a number of other important changes coming to the platform which will further enhance the user experience.  These include: 

  • Security & privacy features which will give customers more options on how they can control a user’s access to the information within Carelever; 
  • A document attachment function which enables referrers to upload documents (such as Section 1’s or Job Demands Analysis) after they’ve submitted a referral;
  • A selfcancellation option which will enable referrers to cancel an appointment within Carelever;
  • A revised look to Carelever Monitor allowing better visibility of each employee’s health monitoring information.
