Webuild: Parklife Metro

Problem

Webuild required a comprehensive solution to manage their pre-employment medical requirements for their workforce at the Parklife Metro joint venture. Different roles had varying health assessment requirements, with legislative and regulatory requirements that were required to be met in the construction and rail sectors.

Implementation

KINNECT collaborated with Webuild to understand the specific testing requirements for each of the jobs that workers were undertaking on the project. Job profiles were created for each role, with specific medical and functional testing requirements set up that addressed industry standards. These profiles were uploaded to Carelever, allowing role-specific testing for pre-employment and ongoing health monitoring.

Updates are provided in real time, live bookings can be made, and digital assessment forms ensure quality with live QA. Both Webuild and KINNECT have real-time visibility into all aspects of referrals, ensuring quality-assured medical and occupational health services.
