In partnering with Carelever, Protech implemented PredictFit to directly address their problem. PredictFit is a machine learning powered occupational health solution designed to get candidates working on-site quickly and cost-effectively. Digital medical history questionnaires are sent to workers, and once complete the PredictFit AI analyses responses to predict candidate fitness status. Results are returned to Protech instantly, with onward referral mechanisms available should they be required.

By predicting the outcomes of pre-employment medicals with up to 92% accuracy, Protech have achieved Efficiency through quick and accurate pre-employment screenings.
